Qigong

Qigong

This is a millennia-old Chinese practice that aims to harmonize body, mind and soul.

Through gentle, flowing movements, breathing exercises and meditation, the flow of energy in the body (the “Qi”) is harmonized and strengthened. This practice is based on the principle of yin and yang – the two opposites that need to be balanced in the body to promote health. Qigong helps to restore the balance between the calming, nourishing yin and the activating, warming yang forces.
Another central aspect of qigong is working with the meridians – the body’s energy pathways. Through targeted movements, the Qi in these meridians is released and brought into flow, releasing blockages and improving the overall energy balance.
