Individual TCM tea blends – tailored to your needs

In addition to nutritional advice based on TCM, I create individual tea blends based on the principles of the five elements diet and yin-yang balance. I combine traditional TCM herbs with selected herbs to provide you with holistic support for your health care.

Qigong

Medical Qigong in Nördlingen – for balance, energy, and inner strength

Qigong is much more than just exercise—it is a way to bring your body, mind, and energy into harmony. In my classes, I will guide you through targeted exercises to strengthen your health, reduce stress, and allow your life energy (qi) to flow freely again.

Private lessons – your personal path

The individual lessons focus on your personal development. Here, I take the time to respond fully to your physical and mental needs. Together, we develop a tailor-made exercise program—whether you want to use Qigong for relaxation, to alleviate symptoms, e.g., for burnout prevention, or to boost your energy levels.
