In addition to my expertise in various styles of Qigong, I have in-depth knowledge of Western and Chinese herbalism and will help you to find the right diet for you.

In my nutritional advice, I take a holistic and individual approach. I take a thorough medical history to get to the bottom of the causes of your complaints. Based on this, I recommend the right foods for you. I also make recommendations for suitable herbal blends to support your health.
My approach is holistic and individual - I see people in their entirety. With a lot of care and heart, I adapt Qigong exercises and nutrition plans to achieve optimal results for body, mind and soul. The combination of Qigong, nutritional advice and herbalism in particular makes my offer unique.
